Many assumptions, nighttime is the most dangerous time for dieters because it is usually the desire to eat tend to be high. Apparently, the assumption was not entirely correct. The desire to eat it the highest in the afternoon, around at 15.30. This conclusion was made few British scientists who cooperate with one dietitian Linda Obyrne.
They studied a group of participants, consisting of 1250 people who are undergoing a diet program. The purpose of this study to find out when and why people can not control the strong desire to eat a lot. From the results of the study, found as many as 62 percent of respondents ate the strongest desire in the afternoon, 22 percent by late at night and 16 percent in the morning. Overall, it can be concluded that the most dangerous time for dieters is between the hours of 15:00 until 15:30. If you’re on a diet program, you should be wary of these hours. To overcome having snack in the afternoon, try to divert your attention by reading a book or a short walk out of the office (do not bring money to avoid spending beyond). But if the desire to snack unstoppable again, get used to always bring fruits. Choose fruit that gives big effect like bananas, apples or oranges. Oranges have a high fiber content, as well as apples. While bananas may serve as carbohydrate intake filling the stomach.
