We’ve all felt guilty when you eat too much, and everything is delicious. Because, nice meals are usually unhealthy. Excessive calories pile can release free radicals released by the foods you consume. Free radicals can attack cells and increase the risk of chronic diseases, like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

Fortunately, there are ways to recover from damage caused by the food delicious and reduce free radicals. The trick is only by doing the following detoxification with some food.

fruit
Fruits are rich in antioxidants, such as berries, grapes and kiwi, are believed to help minimize the harmful free radical damage that occurs due to eating less healthy foods. Without offset by the consumption of fruits, your health will decrease over time.

Wine
Antioxidants in red wine can reduce the negative impact of high-fat foods with lower levels of compounds produced in the body after eating those fatty foods. When dining at fine dining restaurants, for example, try to choose dishes cooked with red wine. Or just enjoy a glass of wine after a meal.
