Are You Sick Of Being Overweight?
Are You Tired Of Diets That Don’t Work?
Are You Tired Of Exercising With no Results?
Are You Fed Up With Diet Pills That Don’t Work?
Do You Want to Lose Weight And Feel Great Again?

Lose weight without diets. Lose weight without exercising. Positively no. This brilliant female doctor has found something that has gotten the whole food, pharmaceutical and diet businesses running scared. They are scared because of what she has to say about the foods that we eat and the diseases and problems that these foods are causing us to have. Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, or Dr.Suzanne as as she is commonly known as commenced following research being done on the human digestive system, and how it operates with regard to the nutritional absorption of foods and their chemical makeups. Intriged by the research and findings, Dr Suzanne commenced doing her own independant studies and clinical research with her own fat and overweight and obese patients.

Dr Suzanne found out that there was a connection or a correlation between illness causing plague and parasitic infestations of the human bowel tract, and excessively overweight people who were unable to lose any weight at alldespite diets or exercising or pills.

Following this discovery and over the period of the next 6 years, this Arizona doctor experimented with, developed and perfected a number of natural treatments for the removal of these disease causing plagues and fast reproducing digestive parasites (worms), and when she gave these treatments to her chronically overweight and ill she sawa truly unbelievable and amazing 100% effectiveness and success rate.

So successful were her trials on the chronically overweight patients that she continued treatments on her much simpler cases of patients who were only a little overweight and who just needed to shed a few pounds. Not surprisingly, all of her patients from the chronically obese to just a little overweight saw a wanted weight shedding and a big improvement in their overall health and welfare. This program helped everyone who was on it.What is also unbelievable is that these extremely ill and grossly overweight patients were told by other mainstream doctors that they had less of a chance of surviving for very long like that, and that there was nothing that they could do for them. They were told that they would never be able to live a “normal” life in their conditions. Most MD’s due to the clout of the pharmaceutical industry don’t accept that you can lose weight without pills.

These combination formulas go to work instantly along with the body to killthis disease causing plague and disgusting parasitic worms that are invading and harming us. So convincing are the aftermath that she has been blessed and able to and rid patients of such awful illnesses as diabetes and cancer.

These are very courageous claims. Courageous claims because these formulas deliver exactly what the doctor says.. Due to these brash claims and due to the results that Dr Suzanne has had, she has come across not only praise from patients inflicted with vigorous new health but also with threats of harm from sources who would like to see her go away and who would like to keep you unhealthy.

The causes of hair loss are many, but a recent study into androgenetic alopecia in men, more commonly known as male pattern baldness has led to experts concluding that smoking cigarettes has a significant impact on the severity of male hair loss. The study was carried out using 740 men from Taiwan between the ages of 40 and 91, all of whom were experiencing androgenetic alopecia. The study took many genetic and environmental factors into account in an effort to establish the causes of hair loss.

Age, height, weight and blood sugar levels were recorded, as were hormones present in the blood as well as intensity of any smoking habit. These were then compared to the severity of hair loss according to two major classification systems known as Norwood and Ludwig hair loss classification systems. It transpired that there was a significant correlation between smoking habits and extent of balding in the men tested to a degree of 95 per cent confidence.

Some experts however are warning that the results cannot be taken and applied to all smokers. There have been three similar studies of this type, each of which proved inconclusive, although no reason was given. In addition to that it has been pointed out that hair loss varies depending on the ethnic background of the individual and the sex, therefore these results may only be representative of Taiwanese men.

It has been suggested that further studies are carried out to determine the effect of smoking on hair growth and loss as the science behind the latest results could provide a firm foundation for a hypothesis. It is well known that smoking not only impedes circulation, but it also a common cause of general ill health. Both these factors put together could explain how smoking affects hair growth.

It is thought that smoking restricts blood flow to the scalp, and thereby causing the follicles to be starved of much needed hormones, oxygen and nutrients that are essential for healthy hair growth. This could explain the increase in rate of pattern baldness or premature balding in males. The other hypothesis that pivots on the fact that smoking causes the vital organs to take priority could also explain hair loss as growth of hair on the scalp would not be deemed as important to survival, therefore the body does not prioritise sending nutrients to this area.

Despite the inconclusive results of the study, it cannot be denied that smoking is bad for the health generally and therefore men worrying about hair loss have nothing more to lose by giving up smoking

I am a young adult cancer patient who waited five and a half hours for the H1N1 vaccination along with 1200 other Chicagoans in a city college hallway. I do not have the trained eye of a public health analyst, yet it was easy to spy the glaring flaws that occurred in the whimsical distribution of this short supply vaccine. One of these oversights was the absence of trained workers screening citizens to determine if they actually needed a shot.

In the midst of what the government is calling a pandemic, there was a stunning lack of triage. Anyone could wait in line and receive a shot no questions asked. The public health department merely instructed citizens to use a common sense approach: If you consider yourself high-risk, get a vaccination.

I am an extremely aggressive patient with a high level of health literacy. As the author of a book on young adult cancer, I strongly advocate for patients participating in our care and knowing our bodies. However, I am not a doctor and medical practice is not common sense knowledge. Determinations of whether a patient’s underlying medical condition puts them at high-risk for complications from influenza should have been made by trained medical professionals, not by citizens making nebulous judgment calls.

Tensions ran high in the hallway of the makeshift walk-in clinic as my linemates and I vied for low cue numbers. People cut in front of each other, police mediated shouting matches, and camera crews interviewed desperate patients. My linemates and I began discussing our ailments, each defending our high-risk need for the shot. The 51-year-old man in front of me thought he was at risk due to high blood pressure that sometimes limits his use of over the counter medications. One woman in her late fifties boasted she thought she had a predisposition for bronchitis. Were these accurate self-determinations of the need for the vaccination or were my linemates pilfering from the short supply?

People of all races and ages get acne. It is most common in adolescents and young adults. Around 85 percent of people between the ages of 12 and 24 develop the disorder. Nearly 17 million people in the United States have acne, making it the most common skin disease.

For most people, acne tends to diminish by the time they reach their thirties; however, some people in their forties and fifties continue to have this skin problem.

I remember when I used to get acne myself. Was that annoying. And it sure ruined my social life, that’s for sure. There is nothing more embarrasing than going out in public with acne all over your face. You know people are staring at you. You know they don’t want to get near you because of those ugly marks on your face. I think they think it’s contagious, which is not true at all. It’s a good way to lose friends quickly.

So, how did I get rid of my acne ? Well, before you can clear up your skin, you should know exactly who the enemy is and what you’re up against. Here’s a summary for you and some real honest to goodness solutions. It worked for me and it will work for you too.

What is Acne?

Acne is a disorder resulting from the action of hormones on the skin’s oil glands (sebaceous glands), which leads to plugged pores and outbreaks of lesions commonly called pimples or zits. Acne lesions usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders.

Although heredity may be a cause of this problem, it is more associated with hormonal levels and how you care for your skin (e.g. rubbing your skin too much will cause it). Chocolate and greasy foods are often blamed, but foods seem to have little effect on the development and course of acne in most people. In addition, dirty skin does not cause acne and neither does stress.

How Is Acne Treated?

You can buy over the counter medicine (OTC), see your family doctor, or a dermatologist (skin doctor).

Over-the-counter(OTC) Medicines

Benzoyl peroxide, resorcinol, salicylic acid, and sulfur are the most common topical OTC medicines used to treat acne. Topical OTC medications are available in many forms, such as gel, lotion, cream, soap, or pad.

Prescription Topical Medicines

Several types of prescription topical medicines include benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin, adapalene, and azelaic acid.

Some people develop side effects from using prescription topical medicines including stinging, burning, redness, peeling, scaling, or discoloration of the skin.

Prescription Oral Medicines

Oral antibiotics are thought to help control acne by curbing the growth of bacteria and reducing inflammation. Examples are clindamycin, erythromycin, sulfur, or isotretinoin. Some people experience side effects when taking these antibiotics, such as an increased tendency to sunburn, upset stomach, dizziness or lightheadedness, changes in skin color, and dry skin.

Other treatments

There are lazer treatments for rare serious cases and there are safe and natural herbal medications that work like over the counter medications, but often with less side effects.

How Should People With Acne Care for Their Skin?

* Clean Skin Gently with a mild cleanser 3 or 4 times a day.
* Avoid Frequent Handling of the Skin.
* Shave Carefully.
* Avoid a Sunburn or Suntan.
* Use Non-Oily Cosmetics.

In summary, there are many treatments out there for acne skin problems. Talk to your doctor if you’re unsure what to do. Try some of the suggestions mentioned here. In no time at all, you’ll look better, feel better, and you’ll be back out there enjoying your social life, your friends, and your family much more.

What you eat and the way it reacts with your body could be one of the reasons that you suffer from acne. What we do not realize is that a lot of the food that we eat on a day to day basis can actually make your skin prone to breakouts. Of course this need not necessarily be the only reason but controlling your diet is a good way to start getting rid of acne. Modifying your diet will not do you any harm so it is a good idea to explore it as one of the possible acne treatments. Here are a few tips on the diet:

The dos

Diets for acne treatments require that you follow certain guidelines in order for you to be able to overcome the breakouts. The first thing that you need to do is ensure that you drink plenty of water. 6-7 glasses in a day are recommended. It is also important that you eat about five portions of vegetables and fruits that are colored. Red, yellow and orange are the colors you need to look for. Seeds that are fresh, essential fats and foods that are organic and rich in fibre are essential too. You might also want to try substitutes for dairy products like cheese and milk. Restrict your intake of coffee and tea to 2 cups per day and avoid alcohol.

The don’ts

Acne treatments via diet control will be most effective if you eliminate certain things from your diet as well. Sugar is one such thing. Sugar in any form should be avoided, even in the form cakes, biscuits etc. Refined carbohydrates or in other words foods that contain white flour should be avoided too. Fried and fatty foods should be replaced in your diet completely. Processed foods and foods with preservatives in them should be avoided completely as well. It will also do you good to stay away from cigarettes.

Your meal plans

If you are choosing the diet option as one of your acne treatments, here’s what your meals should look like.

Breakfast: Fresh fruits, yoghurt, pumpkin seeds, oats museli, hazelnuts and apple juice.

Lunch: Baked potato, celery, tomato, spring onions, tuna and olive oil. You can also add some lemon juice. Other fresh vegetables with pepper, cottage cheese and pumpkin seeds can also work.

Dinner: Lean meat, chicken or grilled fish are good options. Vegetarian options can be soya, lentils and beans.

Snacking

Acne treatments via diets do not have to be boring. You are allowed to snack and have a few beverages as well. If you want to snack, your best options are nuts, fruits and vegetables. You can combine the vegetables with hummus. For your drink options, fruit and herbal teas will be a good choice. Vegetable and fruit juices are also allowed. However these need to be fresh. If you are looking for something different, try a smoothie.

Having to deal with acne at any age can be embarrassing and depressing. Fortunately you can do lots of things on a day to day basis to make your skin less prone to acne problems. Simply just follow the five tips I have listed below.

1. Exercise
Many people are probably unaware that exercises play an important role in the prevention of so many diseases. See how exercise can help fight acne. E.g. sweating – evacuate the body’s toxins from the skin pores. Make sure that you always wipe or wash your sweat afterwards. Exercise also helps in lessening negative stress levels. Watch out your clothing, sports gears and equipment. Avoid nylon and tight lycra outfits as they are prone to acne problems. Better wear cotton or natural blends outfit giving way to more air to get to your skin.

2. Cosmetics
One must be vigilant while buying cosmetics products as they are among the major causes of acne problems. It is advice to use products labeled noncomedogenic or oil-free so as to avoid pore-clogging and skin irritation

. Flaky mineral called mica used in shimmering facial colors can cause clog pores and skin irritations. Coal tar derivatives, heavy cream in blushes and carmine can cause same reactions.

3. Diet
The healthier your body is the healthier your skin will be! However, consume more cholesterol-free food such as fish, fruits and vegetables…rather than greasy food like meet, nuts etc… Taking more vitamins and mineral food will help to eliminate existing acne breakouts.

4. Hygiene
Avoid over-washing and harsh scrubbing in order to keep your face skin healthy. Keep alcohol products away from your skin as it cause your sebaceous glands to produce additional oil resulting to clogged pores. Do not squeeze and pick any blemishes as this will just force the infected area to go deeper in the skin.

As you may know, Aromatherapy is the use of volatile liquid parts of plants, which are called essential oils, for various natural treatments. It is a holistic alternative therapy that has been used since antiquity from all major civilizations and its popularity has been increasing recently.

Cellulite is the dimpling skin found especially on thighs and sometimes on tummy, back of arms and bottom which looks lumpy and ripply. While it is harmless, cellulite discomforts female population especially in summer time. Almost every woman (even the slimmest ones) has cellulite to some degree. It is believed that cellulite is not only fat, but accumulation of fat, fluids and toxins which are trapped in the skin, owing to weakening of the connective tissue.
Cellulite is caused by numerous reasons. Upon the whole, cellulite is genetically inherited from mother to daughter and related with female hormones and their changes. Cellulite is magnified during pregnancy, menstruation and estrogens therapy. Estrogen hormone plays the major part in determining intensity, formation and expansion of cellulite condition. Men’s lack of estrogen hormone, is the reason why men don not have cellulite on their body. What is more, diet poor in fibre, rich in fat and salt, smoking and inactive lifestyle contribute to cellulite aggravation.

Keep in mind that there are many things to do to reduce cellulite, but nothing can eliminate one hundred percent the “orange peel” surface of female skin at affected areas. Just to name few, increasing body exercise, decreasing fat income and sugar, drinking many cups of water, avoiding coffee and eating fruits rich in C vitamin, are suggested for combating cellulite. Be gentle with your skin and take advice from a trusted skin specialist to find a suitable acne medicine with no ill effects elsewhere. Avoid the use of new formulations that have not been tested since the degree of side effects will not be clear in these cases.

Topical creams

These creams work to dry out the excessive oil secreted by the sebaceous glands and dry out the eruption. This treatment is useful for occasional skin eruptions and is relatively free of side effects. Excessive use of these creams can lead to the skin feeling dry and taut. This acne medicine can act as an effective quick short term remedy for minor acne related issues. Some cosmetics use an oily base which can worsen your condition. Ask specialist to suggest water based cosmetics that are unlikely to affect your skin condition. If you face regular skin eruptions, avoid cosmetics altogether.

Antibiotics

This is an effective acne medicine to fight bacterial infection that has occurred in the acne. The reduced infection has an almost immediate effect on the appearance of acne on the skin. However, you have to exercise great caution to avoid infecting your skin after the treatment is completed. When you are taking antibiotics, your doctor will recommend that you have the medicines with cold milk and avoid foods that irritate the stomach. This is important to avoid acidity that can affect you for a long time after the treatment. Be aware of the effects of prolonged antibiotic treatment and utilising the medication without adhering to the necessary dosage.

Herbal treatments

Some herbs are known to clear out acne by sorting out internal imbalances. These are considered to be safe since they are herbal. However, do remember that all treatments involve the use of chemicals and require to be used under the supervision of a specialist in skin conditions. Another danger is that you may not be aware of allergies that you have beforehand, therefore, you must exercise caution by trying the treatments one by one and ensuring that there is no reaction before trying the next acne medicine.

Home remedies

Cleansers like milk mixed with lime juice can be excessively drying if you add excess lime. Home remedies are useful and with the use of everyday food items, less likely to cause allergic reactions. However, be wary of items that you have not used or consumed in the past. Before you apply a mix on your skin, carry out a patch test and check that you do not have any adverse reactions for 24 hours after the patch test is done. Redness, itchiness and a feeling of dryness are signs that a remedy is not suiting you. Avoid oily food, baked products (these are high in fat), excessive consumption of chocolates and caffeine in conjunction with the use of acne medicine. Some remedies involve the use of steaming the skin and warming products before application. Check the temperature to ensure that it is not too warm since some mistakes can cause permanent skin damage.
